These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Spare Delivery Point website and mobile application. By accessing the site or placing an order on the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service overview
Spare Delivery Point is a quick-commerce platform for genuine / OEM-focused home appliance spare parts. Delivery is currently available only in Delhi NCR. This website is informational — browsing, ordering, payment, and tracking happen exclusively through the mobile app.
2. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older to create an account or place orders.
- B2B / technician accounts may require additional verification (workshop details, GST, etc.).
- You agree to provide accurate delivery and contact information.
3. Orders & delivery
- Orders can only be placed for serviceable pincodes within Delhi NCR.
- Express delivery targets (e.g. ~30 minutes) depend on hub stock, traffic, weather, and pincode — they are estimates, not guaranteed SLAs.
- We may cancel or reschedule orders due to stock unavailability, address issues, or force majeure.
- Part compatibility tools on the website / app are guidance only; confirm fitment for your exact model before install.
4. Pricing & payment
- Prices shown in the app are in INR and may change without prior notice.
- Accepted methods may include UPI, COD, and wallet / technician credit (where enabled).
- GST invoices are issued as per applicable tax rules for eligible orders.
5. Returns, replacements & warranty
- Returns / replacements follow the in-app policy for unused, incorrectly shipped, or defective parts.
- Installed or damaged parts may not be eligible for return unless covered under warranty claim process.
- Warranty claims (where offered) must be initiated through the app with required proof.
6. User conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform, including fraudulent orders, abusive behaviour toward riders or support, reverse engineering the app, or submitting false information.
7. Intellectual property
Brand name, logo, app UI, catalogue content, and website materials belong to Spare Delivery Point or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spare Delivery Point is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or app, delayed delivery, or part fitment issues after installation by third parties. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
9. App licence (EULA summary)
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Spare Delivery Point mobile app for ordering and related services. You may not redistribute, modify, or sublicense the app. The licence ends if you violate these Terms or delete your account.
10. Changes & termination
We may update these Terms, suspend service in certain areas, or terminate accounts that violate policies. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the courts having jurisdiction in Delhi / NCR, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
